Our Cancellation Policy

Life can be a real pain at times and we know that every now and then things don’t work out as planned.

If you do need to cancel or change your appointment, we would be very grateful if you could give us at least 24 hours notice; otherwise, we regret that there will be a cancellation fee, pending the service booked.

Our Booking Fee

You will be required to leave a $50 booking-fee to secure your first appointment.

This will be deducted from the final cost of your booking appointment.

This is non refundable.

How do I cancel my appointment?

  • Just give us a call to let us know if you can’t make it.

  • If we’re closed, just leave a message/voicemail via the salon phone

If you are unable to give more than 24 hours notice before your appointment, we will unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service. We will be unable to rebook you until this fee is paid.

What happens if I don’t cancel my appointment or give notice?

If you do not attend your appointment and do not give us any notice that you won’t be attending, the no-show fee is 100% of the booked service.

You will not be able to book any future appointments unless a non-refundable deposit of 50% is paid at the time of booking.

A Message From the Salon

We are a small business that relies on having our clients turn up to their booked appointment so that we can continue to operate, pay our stylists and perform to the highest quality of standards.

When you don’t attend your appointment or don’t give us enough notice that you cannot attend, that means that we may have to turn away other clients because that time was allocated specifically to you for that service.

We appreciate your support of our salon and hope that we never have to charge you these fees!
